pumps are basic equipment used for obtaining vacuum by evacuating
gases from sealed vessels, which are extensively applied in
the fields of vacuum smelting,vacuum drying, chemical,pearmaceutical,
light industry and electronic vacuum,etc. They can be used separately
as main pumps and also as backing pumps of other vacuum pumps
i.e. roots pump, diffusion pump and molecular pump and others.

vacuum by evacuating gases from sealed vessels with upright
and compact structure,enjoying the merits such as small vibration
and low noise.
With the max. pumping speed,the pump can be used for long term
under a vacuum operational environment where the pulse of air
pressure is greater and can get the relatively high vacuum quickly
by the strength of buffer tank. Moreover,its laterally-built
auxiliary tank can automatically make the separation between
water inhaled into pump chamber or impurities mixed gases and
oil,thus the cleaning of vacuum pump oil during working process
can be ensured.
The product can be extensively used for the vacuum application
fields where big pumping amount is required, such as resin outgasing,vacuum
heat treating and vacuum impregnating of the industries of electric
power and electric capacity. |

With laterally-built auxiliary tank and special emulsion resistance
vacuum pump oil,the pump is more suitable for such vacuum application
field as small-sized vacuum freeze drying unit and lithium bromide
refrigerating unit to evacuating gas with small amount of water
vapour. Moreover, the pump that is equipped with special silencer,
can effectively reduce the operational noise of vacuum pump
from 70dB(A) to 60db(A),thus, it is more suitable for matching
precision instruments for lab. |
