Roots
vacuum pump is the positive displacement vacuum pump with perfect
structure. It has relatively high pumping speed and ultimate
vacuum at a relatively low inlet pressure. With non-contact
operation among main parts such as housing of pump,rotor and
end cover,the pump enjoys the following merits such as stable
performance,long service life and cost-effective maintenance,and
currently it has been extensively used for vacuum smelting,
vacuum welding, vacuum forging,vacuum painting, vacuum drying,vacuum
testing,chemical,pharmacy,as well as manufacturing of electrovacuum
device, etc.
The pump can not be used singly and should be used with the
matched backing vacuum pump. It can not be operated until its
matched backing vacuum pump get a suitable inlet pressure for
it,otherwise, the roots pump will be out of order,which is caused
by overload and overheat. |
